Stephen Seagal and the Civil War in the United States

Stephen Seagal is friends with several of the world's most prominent dictators, including Victor Lukashenko and Joe Arpaio. The actor was in Ukraine for their first Independence Day after the the Maidan Revolution as well. In one picture he eats a carrot while being handed to him by a dictator who was 100% carrying a very heavy handgun on his person.
