What's the Patient Experience?
The clinic itself looks like kind of a cross between an Apple store and an art gallery. In Dubai, you're not actually allowed as a outpatient facility to have a lab and a pharmacy. But we lobbied the Dubai government or the regulator to have an exception so that we could have our own lab on-prem, then our own pharmacy. We spend 30, 40, 45 minutes sometimes with the patient going through the lab tests, which are now on the screen in front of them.
