Young designers don't know how to approach conversations from a business perspective. Rihte, you need to be able to talk to developers and engineers in their language if you wanto you'd get anywhere. It is the same for your business colleagues. You need to know if they're doing their jobrt,. are you guys and an thissus ryan runses line, but are they using math? And if not, how can we help them to use math? But if you can't map everything that you're doing is a designer, to how it supports the business, how do you make money, or whatever you bollard, then you're going to be pixle pushing
