How Did You Meet Paul McCartney?

Paul McCartney was very demanding of his engineers on Red Rose Speedway. He would just say, 'Let's make the snare drum sound better' And I would move the mic, try a different mic and EQ to get the result he wanted. Paul is not particularly technical but worked them hard for what he wanted.
