Connecting in Diversity

How do we get people to come together? Not with commonality? I think organization should be places where those shared values, belonging, inclusion, whatever you want to call i come together. Technology is simply a tool. It's not a good or bad tool. And technology can isolate or connect. Right now, ther you're not seen us and that's good for everybody who's listening. But there are four people connected in four different spots in four different rooms. And it's fun to connect in that way.
