The Attorney General's reference concerning the acquittal of the so-called Colston 4 after toppling the statue of Edward Colston and Bristol. John can you tell us a bit more about that please? Absolutely. After the protest arising from the murder of George Floyd his statue was toppled rolled through the streets to the harbour and heaved into the water which led to criminal prosecutions. The four defendants were charged with damaged a property and they raised a number of defences we don't know which defences were the ones that succeeded.
