I was living paycheck to paycheck and over drawing my accounts pretty regularly as well. The turning point for me was then losing a source of income and kind of hitting rock bottom. I started using profit first using my yoga teaching money, which was not a lot. And it wasn't that I saw what I had necessarily, but I saw my accomplishments. "Profit First" is just like almost made for someone with ADHD, I think.

This month we’re sitting down with guests to talk about the big M word. That's right, money, honey. And all how we relate to, avoid relating to and hate relating to it. Yikes! That sounds heavy, but luckily in this episode, we’re joined by the wonderful Mindful Bookkeeper, Chioma.
