The Transformation of Work

Cropotkin argues that work will become something that is no longer seen as a drudgery, but rather an organic part of life. In the second half of this chapter, Cropotkin makes an interesting transition to talking not just about industrial labor, but also about domestic labor. Through automation, he hints at one of ways in which the issue ofDomestic Labor can be solved through communalism and communitarianism.
