The Importance of Slowing Down
Amanda, I'd love to hear if you have any other additional things to add. One thing that I do feel like is quite unique and I just want to openly acknowledge as being a challenge within Mormonism people, leaving Mormonism in the middle of their lives. As you're deconstructing, slow down. Do research. Think about things from multiple angles and make calculated, methodical decisions about how you want to shift and change your life. And then, jokingly, we have one rule, don't be a dick.
