The Pentagon's Response to the North Korea Missile Launch

Pentagon spokesman Brigadier General Patrick Ryder says this is being taken very seriously. One of the big questions is to what extent is there a Russian connection here? And they are not ruling out that there may have been involvement of the Russian intelligence.
