How to Start a Micro Brewery in Kansas

Kansas is a little weird on their alcohol laws. We could give the beer away and then sell growlers to go. That was how we did our first two and a half years essentially. So that was you did that for three years and then eventually did you open up and create a restaurant, I guess, or what? Oh, we did. It wasn't what I had really expected or desired, but it was the way it worked for the beginning.
