Daneis: I think using incident, i owe incidencs for low, low severity things t has many benefits. There was an engineer at monzo who used to do this repeatedly herehe would dive into some of the gnarliest bugs that, you know, would scare most people away. It also acts like a really nice, structured way to hand overwork. Nimices: The whole negative side of something going wrong is being mitigated by this. Because it's not a bad thing when it happens.
