Netanyahu's Prorogation of Parliament Is Framed as Something of Reasonableness
Ayala: The new law is framed as something of reasonableness. And I think it's important to understand that when Netanyahu introduces this, clearly, there's been a lot of pushback because this is about his government taking power away from the courts. How does he reconcile that in any way that sort of is explicable in a democracy? And the way he does it is by talking like a true populist. Don't forget, this is even more complicated, makes even less sense in a country which works off coalition.
