The Defence of the UAE's Separation From the International Community
The UAE hosted international climate summits in the preparation to Paris. It doesn't want these talk to be a failure, and it doesn't want all world leaders to fly in and then come away with nothing. I think there's been a lot of problems that have emerged over the separation on a day-to-day basis of emails, IT systems. And if you can't even do that, you're very unlikely mentally to be able to make that break from being a servant to the international community.
