Taiwan's Law Reforms Are Expected
Feminist scholars and NGOs have done a lot of work to call for the law reforms with little effects. This time, hopefully the law can be reformed, especially the law related to gender equality in workplace. I think it's taking place gradually. What is most important is general public realize it's not just hearsay but something intolerable. It happens to people around you. And people feel the need to take action to be part of it and not just onlookers. So I think that's very imperative, very powerful.
