The Differences Between RGB and Tarot?

In tarot, you can only transfer token to outputs of the same Bitcoin transaction. This means that both me as a sender and any blockchain observers can see where the tokens are and when they will be spent in the future. The main difference I am aware of is the way transfers that pass. In RGB, I can, I have tokens to one of the Excel, I can move it to any Go. So basically if I need to create a multi-suffer view to have the thorough asset, I need to do this with BRS. It's not exactly the same as the lightning network today, but it's similar conceptually in some aspects.
