Tom Church: What actually constitutes hate speech, if anything? And what do you think about the federal society inviting speakers that they know will not just be controversial. Richard Epstein: It is always the mistake to invite people in order to provoke the bull on one way or another. But I think it is perfectly respectable to take people in whose views are not fashionable.
