The Thought of Your Mother Is Not Your Mother
The thought of whatever is not the whatever. It's just a thought in the mind. We can get angry and upset about things that haven't even happened yet, kind of. If we're not mindful, if we're not seeing that, theyre just thoughts. The thought can trigger intense emotions. Thereare endless examples,. but one really stands out of my mind. This was all anticipation. And i could feel myself getting annoyed and irritated.
