When i got here, it was a little fragment. A great people, but the culture wasn't sticky yet. We had no one that actually owned ops. So we pivoted a guy who wanted to be ops and is a bit of a unicorn. And you guys know andrew ecause he's very monograph facing,. But he owns all this stuff now for rosmon. Tan love coming into work. We're just having so much success doing that. The Rosmans themselves are in a much better headspace. Their way less stressed.
