How Do You Make Mushroom Biryani Stuffing?
I use moral mushrooms, but I also try to get some wild mushrooms that just adds to the texture. So with moral mushrooms, especially around Thanksgiving, most of the moral that I get is dried. And that is my stock in which I'm going to be cooking the rice. The liquid from the yogurt, from the saffron milk, all of these they just mix together and make for the most flavorful bite ever. Oh, God. I wouldn't even look at the turkey if that was on the table.
