The industry used to operate somewhat vertically. Every restaurant that wanted to deliver used to have to manage a vertical supply chain. What's happening now is, i see the industry beginning to operate in a more unbundled way at each level,. Each layer horizontally. So for instance, fire up breeds. You can search for a particular food, say, i'm in the market for spaghetti carbonara to night. But what you get back is different suggestions for restaurants. And i think this is where the vertial brands come in - we create many brands that just have a very limited product portfolio because that's searchable on the aps. I don't really care about your 15 best dish.
