How to Live a Life With ADHD and High Expectations

I can't build a habit of loving myself because I naturally when I'm in that trough of despair don't love myself right and so I'm going to just challenge that take out the absolute word. Living life with ADHD takes extra special intentionality and intent you know an attention in order to do it in a way that you can thrive and not be exhausted all the time yeah right. The support of other people again is going to be really really important so we can I'm sure you've had tons of episodes I'll care about how to build a habit when you have ADHD self-compassion can be one of those well and it's a different kind of exhaustion at least for me.
