The Importance of Matchmaking in UX Jobs
The best strategy for UX designers or product designers is to do the heavy lifting of matchmaking. Proaching this process with an empathy to hiring design managers that are busy and constantly under stress. For me, everything starts from understanding the customer or understanding your company that you're targeting. QUS and really understanding what types of companies there are and which one do you want to start targeting. Those are some of the things that are a top of mind.
