California Ale yeast is a workhorse. That's why everybody used that yeast for the first X years of craft brewing, right? Yes. Next, you did a similar experiment, but this time with London Ale 3. Tell us about that. It was pretty much a replicate of what we performed with the California Ale yeast. We pitched five different permutations. And then we added two different varieties of T90 hops and observed hop creep at both densities.
