Jesus Called the Storm in the Sea of Galilee
The calming of the storm by Jesus on the Sea of Galilee is actually a reenactment of Yahweh calming the storm as described in Psalm 107. It's quite fascinating to see how the scripture is a tapestry, and events in the New Testament are often modeled after what has happened already in the Old Testament. Watch the talk about the Sermon on the Mount in particularly Matthew's gospel because we were up there talking about that. We also went to Corazine where Jesus basically cursed that city but they didn't believe him.
