The Discrimination of Family in Workplaces

I'm in a part of child free Facebook groups, which is full of Americans. And this is what they constantly tell me. So the family does not equal children and family could mean anything. It's not related to blood either. A lot of change needs to be done there, definitely. I felt so weird when I say this in my article. Like I thought there was something wrong with me when I was thinking that I didn't want to have kids. But I thought one day that will happen because this is what people do. What do you do when you're 35? You have a kid.
