The MC Opens the Floor to Questions
We're taking away the natural background radiation, which is an additional stimulus. It's something very fascinating we're learning right now. The lab was built to detect neutrinos, so they had to get rid of all cosmic radiation. You can't detect neutrino on the surface because there's too much radiation around. Two kilometers on the ground. Then they got to walk two kilometers through a mine drift. They're trying to figure out what drives the three types of neutrinos coming from the sun. What does it mean with these astrophysicists? Is there a dark side down there that I don't know about?
