Is It Easier to Send Emails to Clients?

i realized i was spending a lot of time talking to people who may or may not have become client rit right? And that was very inefficient for me. So what i've done is now i've added some sort of par and if they do and they mail it to me, i will read it but if it's not worth their time to print it out. I'm trying to run a life style business, not trying to create a scaled, major company, rut so, cause otherwise the wholetha, that's why you hire people.
