How to Deal With Uncertainty

We have to start with kind of waking up, opening up our eyes and just taking a look at it. Sometimes that's all you need, just knowing. This is really uncertain. It feels like butterflies in my stomach all the time. I don't know what I'm doing. The reason I can't decide what to have for dinner is because my brain is so overloaded with everything else that is uncertain. And that's okay. Like just pick something easy for dinner. You know, just those just that awareness of this is why I'm struggling with every decision today."
