Can You Have Inflation Without Prices Going Up?
Inflation is caused by the increase in demand that comes om money printing. But it's also the supply of goods, which can offset an increase in the money supply. In fact, you can have inflation with prices going down. And whenever you're talking about solving a problem by taking from the rich and giving to the poor and the middle class, well that's a winning political combination. It shows how little the administration actually understands of inflation.
