Are You Bringing More Presence to Same Sex Relationships?
In a same sex relationship there can be somebody who does embody the masculine energy more than the other or the feminine or the other. And so it's really interesting and same sex relating because it's both the sameness and the difference that creates that interaction. So, presence in my book starts with breath deepening the breath. Then once you once you're connected to a deeper breath, plug, plugging your body into the ground into the earth. I think lots of men don't even understand and all women understand what it's like, how it feels to be fully present.
