The fourth tip i have for you is to read and write affirmations. You could install a meditation bell that goes off on your computer every half our or 15 minutes, or an hour,. If you want more relaxation in your life, you have to build it in. And only you can do it for yourself. Find the things that work for you. That's why going out for a walk is great. I actually go out on my lina and look at the horizon. I have a very good view. There are so many good books out there with positive affirmations. Some people love affirmations, other people not so much. But if they work for you, put them down somewhere
