Stress is a different feeling from real fear. In real fear, you act on it and you deal with it,. But what happens with stress is, were acting on the potential for fear most of thu know. So thinking you're stressed seems to become normal in our culture. It's because people don't know that inside of them, they have that innate state of mental well being when they can feel calm and relaxed  and clear their minds.
