The Importance of Communication in Health Care
In 20 years time and experience for someone say, you know, what would my experience be? I think your experience would basically be that you feel like you have a health care team with you all the time. It feels like you're walking around with a small team of nurses and psychologists and doctors that just cared for you. And it might sound sort of rather basic, but no one really saw that. So now we're putting a lot of effort in really making sure we knit it all together.
