JFK expressed the need of controlling CIA in some way so that CIA wouldn't construct another operation like Babe Pigs. Said CIA was a problem in government. He and Bobby wanted to deal with it. JFK noted that he raised the question, quote, because he was under terrific pressure from advisors. Think he said intelligence people but not positive to okay a Castro murder. Kennedy then mentioned that he was going to set up a special group on Cuba.
