Employers Need to Listen to Employees Again
Amy cuddy says employers need to see mental health not as an individual issue, but as a collective priority. She suggests writing so that it becomes safe for any one to talk about it and recognizing people who are like im fine might still be saying that of the stigma which isn't completely gone.
