We are going through a pretty significant wave of succession. We're struggling, um, in the capital C church with our bench depth. A lot of Bible colleges are shutting down their ministry programs because they don't drive enough revenue. And so we need to figure out how do we help people discern a call to ministry? How do we get them to a point where they're trained and ready to go?"
