I think it boils down if I kind of echo it back you know they might be sort of a tool to the grieve but what you should be wary of is not to end by saying I have these security champions. And so anytime we ask them to do something or ask for their help just being very respectful of their time because they're helping us out is really important. It's an actual yeah they have a they have more job as well. You want to make sure you take it all the way to actually celebrating that acknowledging that whether or not you did it through security champions that's the eventual outcome. The lesson around humility and curiosity is probably the biggest one but bunch of other lessons right
