How to Manage a Remote Team

COVID has created a library of Lou videos, you know, true little training videos. We have a daily like, which is not stand up, but a staff meeting where we are going through what's on everybody's plate. So I talk to my team every single day. And so I think that's helpful too. The more opportunities you can create to bring everybody together as a team, the more successful you'll be.
