Is There a Better Way?

i have the same experience coming from in our large consultancies like hay group, confery, p w c. It's just impossible that the only way that you can do that is bringing in a team of forty five people and trying to subdue it for their client. And then obviously, when you leave them with the findings that you've handed in on one thousand, 200 pages of power point print out or whatever. A, yes, nothing changes,. so what is the alternative to this approach? Because this is your life's work, this is where you focus all your to really find this better way. What are your findings?
