Russia's Aid to Turkey in Syria - Is That a Good Thing?
Since 2015, when the Russian government decided to enter the Syria fray militarily, it's had a very significant sway over what's going on inside Syria. It has very close alliance with the Syrian government. And then obviously Turkey is a member of NATO, but it also has close links to Russia. Would you accept that we failed? This country failed on the world stage in 2013, where we basically let Assad cross those red lines and paved the way for Russia to think nothing would happen if they did come in.
