Cooling Off the Body During Exercise

Cooling down the body before exercise with salt solutions of glyced for example, or being like heat acclimated. The goal is to drop corbody temperature by point three degrees celsius which is about point five degrees fahrenheit. Cool water immersion works the best, even you can be knocked down, or if your sprinter, just like water up to your hip level. It's good to keep the water between 64 and 84 degrees fah Fahrenheit.
