The State of Lower Mainland Real Estate
Lower mainland commercial real estate pricing in the last six to seven years has gone to over 700 dollars a square foot. The units that we have here were purchased for a 333 thousand dollars each. We paid about 700 dolars a square foot down the street. That is a quadrupling of pricing, more than quadrupled of pricing. It's absolutely nuts. I'd love to move out of vancouver, but we have lake. But i also think that this was, this was all right. We did ok. So the up date on lab too, is that we are hoping to reach a peaceful resolution,.
