We have more frosts in april than we ever do now in december or january. We are finding that spring is coming appreciably earlier and autumn is ending appreciably later. Even 30 years ago, and certainly forty years ago, you could guarantee there would be ten days of hard frost in november when the garden would just be blitzed. And for instance, if you wanted to do any landscaping, it was a great month do icas. Now you can have roses blooming in december, bunoyou, you can keep it going into the new year.
