Twitter could survive this if they went back private and basically said, "We're going to do what we do" It's not the digital town square. We got to stop thinking about it as being this thing that central to our democracy or central to our civic life. Once we see Twitter as that, it's an entertainment source for we get to watch smart people shatter their glasses as they do combat. For 98% of Americans, they don't go on Twitter because they don't need the social graph. That's been like my call and now we just need to pay less attention to Twitter.
