How to Design a Minimum Viable Organization
The notion of starting small so you can fail cheaply in design edtively is important. The first pin ball makes sure it's free or cheap, but the second pin ball,. even if it needs to be more expensive, makes sure it’s just a little bit more expensive. And i think there are so many opportunities where people are designing younow a early concept products and designing miiviable products. Each of those is an opportunity to design a minimum vible organization alongside that that can scale and grow and learn at the same time.
