Sometimes the types are a perfectly good choice, but sometimes they aren't. Not all types need be checked by machine. When thit is necessary, like in te little ameler with methias falhaisen, i'm sure that's a good time to do it. And even in a little java, few patterns we end it up using types. But by and large,a, it's the ideas behind the problem that matter to me most. Then i think we can get the same concepts across. If my co author on one of the little books Doesn't see any need for the types, and i don't see anyneed for the types. That's how i feel.
