The Shared Pool of Knowledge

Discovery can be used as a vehicle to help onboarding stakeholders or to work out what's too far to extremes. The real deliverable, so to speak, is what I call the shared pool of knowledge. "I want a vision and a plan, but at the end of the day, the real deliverables are this shared vocabulary of the work that we did together"
