The Importance of a Product Audit

The WCAG compliance or not is almost like the clock problem, you know. The receptiveness of an organization to make our products and services more accessible is the cloud problem. I get asked a lot by organizations that I work with, especially in the equity center design space, can we just have like a checklist to see if our product is equitable? And I'm just like, that's kind of like a wild thing to ask. Just because I don't think there's this weird sort of focus on the product or like the end product rather than sort of organizational or kind of like institutional change That needs to happen in order for something to be authentically equitable.
