Mike Ritner used to work for a company that sent him monthly reports. He says they were there as security against him when his boss came and told him he wasn't doing well. After six months, performance was down by 20%, 25% or 30%. That's not bushe jobs, bose jobs; that's inefficiency. The market always solves the problem of managers who are controlling their employees' lives more than profits do.
